Okay, so they aren't quite blinking all the way, but when i put my turn
signal on they do flutter a little bit.  The alternator is charging fine.
Symptoms persist even while cruising, not just while idling.  I'm at a loss.
Obviously to me I have a short or a resistance problem somewhere, but is
there another possible fix.  Just wanted to check list wisdom beofre I go
looking for the preverbial needle...
