It is the air-cooled rookie again.  The 82 Westie I bought has some rust just
under the hookups on the driver's side.  Any tips on how to deal with this?
Also the plastic flaps have been secured (by the previous owner) with a screw
in the end of each flap.  How are they supposed to be secured?
