First, a correction.  The place I used was called Dent Busters in San
Francisco.  415.252.3365.

They charge about $125 per panel base, plus extra for large dents or
multiple dents per panel.  If you provide touch-up paint, they'll touch up
scratches, though removing dents doesn't necessarily require it.
