Thanks everyone, I got several positive and insightful responses about
installing seat swivels. Now all I have to do is find one. The junkyard
ones I had in mind are gone, the whole van apparently snaked out of the
yard long before the whole row was scheduled for crushing. I think it is
because it had a Country Homes top and other gear installed in it, etc.

Anyway, if anyone on the list has one of the seat swivel mechanisms that
they would sell me, please contact me off the list.
