Ken and all you fellow listee's,
    Is there any way to fit these air scoops to an '80 westy.  As you
probably know, the air intakes don't have plastic covers which screw in.
Instead my van has metal ribs much like the type2s had.  I would love to get
a pair of these, as air is one of my 2 best friends.
    Also, if these scoops aren't an option, does anyone know of any other
aftermarket air scoops out there that will fit an '80 westy.
