I looked at that for quite awhile wondering if it werea grill top for the
gas stove.
Since the unit I bought had never beem used (still plastic on most parts), I
couldn't use burn spots or lack of for any clues. I cannot figure out hy the
'Canadian' models would be different unless it violated some archaic Red
Leaf Law.
Well, this will keep me from having to clean up as I  go along. Hard to dry
the dishes if you're still making the chili.

BTW - Anybody got a recipe for Vanagon Chili? (Or how do you plan your meals
for on the road?)
