You can. I have on many occasions. It depends on WHY you are putting it in
there.
If you have a stuck lifter, and you aren't going to be racing across the
dessert at a hundred miles an hour, you could use all 32 oz. Just be aware,
that while MMO is a great lubricant, it is THIN. So if you are just putting
it in for 'general cleanliness', I'd stick with half a can, particularly in
the summer.
