Mine was peeling also. I removed the cabinets and removed all the upper peeling vinyl covering. Using a hair blow dryer helps to peel the vinyl off. I went to a local store (Eagle) and had them match the color. Color match specs (Behr) base 310 ext. satin B OY-2-1 I OY-3-0 T OY-11-1 I used Behr exterior premium satin enamel house and trim paint with lifetime warranty (not sure who's liftime <grin>). I first prep the surface, then applied (in a spray can) orangepeel spatter to give it a textured look. I then (using a roller) applied two/three coats of paint. Put the cabinets back in and it looks great!!! Another listee has asked for pics, so I hope to take some soon. If anyone is interested in what I did or how it looks, pmail me so that latter I can send you a pic. Bill V.
