This is the first winter that I have had my Syncro GL
and the pwr mirrors just stopped working this a.m.
When I turn the switch I can here the motors grinding
but nothing happens.  Does anybody have any
suggestions?  Also, the thing that is really driving
me crazy(secondary to the heater fan squeeeeeel) is
that my pwr window switches are impossible to push
when it is cold and the driver side is now squeeling
too.  I figure the squeel has something to do with the
motor, maybe a bearing?  But the switch?  Any help
would be appreciated.
