This question has come up a few times in discussions with different
people concerning my engine rebuild.

Can the barrels be bored to oversize? Are there suitable pistons for
such a rebore? Where and made by whom?

I know there has been a lot of discussion on this list about how bad it
is to try to hot-rod the wasserboxer in any way, but what about just
minor changes to tweak performance. Like slight changes in dwell, or
increasing CR to 10.1 by increasing cylinder bore by 1 mm.. Nothing wild
mind you, just tweaks. Anything else would probably produce enough heat
to destroy the thing in 100 miles!

Just thoughts.
