Dear List,

The other day I finally managed to install the license plate lights kindly
supplied by Bob Keezer. After I figured out that that fixtures work better
when the bulbs are good, I got them to turn on. I cannot, however figure
out where the red wire is supposed to attach. It looks as though it must be
a ground wire and has a female spade terminal on it. Any advice will be
appreciated.
