One more thing all:
Does anyone know of a source for the support brackets for an 84's exhaust.
Has anyone made these at home? It looks like it could be done with metal,
vice, drill press, etc.   VW may have these, but I'm sure at a price that a
guy could buy a drill press, vice, etc and make them and still come out
ahead.
I'd buy a used set if they are strong.
