I have a new rebuilt, a new clutch, a new idle (idler?) valve, etc.

The idle rpm tends to wander.

Warm or cold, from a stopped position, there's a temporary power
hesitation shortly after starting to move forward in 1st gear.

87 Vanagon 2.1L gasoline

Any ideas?
