For the past few months I have been keeping an eye out for a good quality
'organizer' (with pockets etc.) to hang over the back of the front passenger
seat and make that otherwise mostly 'dead space'more useful.

In general, I have been disappointed with what I saw -- especially the
apparently weak materials and construction which gave me little confidence
that these products would work well - or last.

Well, this changed last week when I got my LL BEAN Factory Store SALE
catalog which listed a backseat organizer that looked pretty tough for
$19.95 (on sale from $30.00!) I received it in the mail yesterday, and I am
pleased.  It's definitely rugged, and has some key features ( a plastic
stiffening bar at the top to prevent sagging, straps at the bottom to keep
it snug to the seatback, and a variety of pocket sizes.

It fits perfectly on the back of the passenger seat and does not protrude on
any side.  Another advantage is that it ends up giving you a whole lot of
spaces to put stuff in right by the sliding door, so you could sit on the
floor... take off shoes etc and have whatever you want there at your
fingertips.
